service connection made to my construction project. This request is being made
to provide electrical power needed to complete the manufactured home
installation. I agree to complete the installation and obtain a Certificate
of Occupancy prior to occupying the home and within sixty (60) days of the
electrical release date.
I also agree to take every available precaution to keep energized equipment covered at all times and to be fully responsible for the safety of anyone who may enter the property.
I further understand that occupying a home prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy is a misdemeanor, and upon conviction is punishable by a fine of not more than $2,500.
