Facility Manager
The Golden Leaf Commons is a 9,000 square foot multi-use assembly hall designed to provide the training infrastructure necessary to improve the skills of the local workforce and promote and attract commerce stimulating events. The facility is equipped with tables and chairs for 450 attendees in a banquet-style arrangement along with the state of the art catering kitchen. The 21 foot ceiling and roll up access door complements the facility's ability to host trade shows or job and craft fairs. Use of the high performance AV equipment is available during a rental period for a separate fee.
The Golden Leaf Commons is available for rent by individuals, civic groups, businesses and private parties.

The rental fee is as follows:
• Friday – Sunday - $1,000.00 for one day (9am -1am)
• Monday – Thursday - $450 for one day (8am - 12am)
Fees are as follows:
Additional Friday, Saturday, or Sunday: $500.00 per day (9am – 1am)
Additional Monday - Thursday: $275.00 per day (8am – 12am)

If this a private event (not open to the public), you do not need an ABC Liquor License.
9,000 square foot facility, 450 chairs, 55 - 60" round tables, 16 - 8' rectangular tables, 6 - 32 gallon trash cans with bags, caterer's kitchen (If renting entire facility or Section #3), ice machine, 2 - utility carts, set-up, sound system, Wi-Fi and lighting system.
